A primeira edição de maio do Museu Vivo, que será realizada pelo Museu do Folclore de São José dos Campos neste domingo (5), dá prosseguimento à extensa programação do projeto Diálogos sobre Folclore, que tem como tema “Vida Viola: som e memória, outrora e agora”.
A programação teve início no dia 28 de abril, com a inauguração da nova exposição temporária do museu, “Nos Braços do Violeiro”, idealizada pelo artista visual, músico e educador Yuri Garfunkel e o art advisor e produtor João Carlos Villela, curador da mostra.
A vivência do Museu Vivo terá como destaque o Trio da Roça (música sertaneja), o luthier Benedito Domingos (artesanato) e Rosemary Laranjeira David (culinária). A atividade é aberta ao público e acontecerá, como sempre na área externa do museu, das 14h às 17h.

No Trio da Roça, a novidade é o cantor Silvio dos Santos Camargo, 50 anos, conhecido como Silvio Silverado. Ele se juntou ao grupo há pouco tempo e cantará ao lado dos irmãos violeiros Ricardo Roberto dos Santos (também chamado de Carlinhos), 78 anos, e João Silva dos Santos, 75 anos.
Ricardo e João nasceram em Paraibuna (SP) e formaram o grupo com o amigo Miguel Fernandes Faria (ex-integrante), que conheceram na igreja. Eles tocavam juntos nas missas e depois de um tempo passaram a se apresentar em outros lugares tocando músicas sertanejas.

O joseense Benedito Domingos dos Santos (Benê), 64 anos, é mestre da cultura popular e bastante conhecido pelos seus muitos saberes, principalmente pela construção dos bonecões utilizados no bloco carnavalesco Pirô Piraquara.
Benê é de uma família de figureiros e foi com sua mãe, Maria Benedita dos Santos (Lili Figureira), que aprendeu a fazer figuras em argila. Com o tempo, foi adquirindo outros saberes como fotógrafo, escritor e luthier (quem faz instrumentos musicais).
Ele aprendeu a fazer violas com João Piedade (Galdino), em 2002, na oficina de luteria oferecida pela Fundação Cultural Cassiano Ricardo. Também tem como referência outros luthiers, como Benedito Soares, Luiz Marinho, Mele Florio e Mário Martho.

No domingo, a joseense Rosemary Laranjeira, 55 anos, fará uma receita de doce de abóbora, que aprendeu a fazer com sua mãe e sua avó. “Isto me faz recordar muito da minha infância que passei na roça, quando minha avó reunia as noras e a filha pra fazer esse doce no fogão de lenha”, conta.
Rosemary também tem conhecimento sobre artesanato de costura e crochê, mas o que ela gosta mesmo de fazer são receitas doces e de vários tipos, como bolos, pudins e pavês.
