Conseguir o primeiro emprego é um desafio para milhares de jovens na atualidade. Boa parte tem dificuldade pela falta de experiência. Contudo é importante ter em mente que todos os indivíduos são distintos e que cada vivência traz diferentes contribuições para o dia a dia corporativo.
Diante disso, oportunizar experiência aos que buscam uma colocação no mercado e não a tem é fundamental, e o Governo do Estado colabora com tais iniciativas. Uma das ações nesse sentido é a intermediação de vagas através da Funtrab (Fundação do Trabalho de Mato Grosso do Sul).
Vinculada à Semadesc (Secretaria de Meio Ambiente, Desenvolvimento, Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação), a Funtrab oferece 18 oportunidades para menores e jovens aprendizes em Campo Grande atualmente. Os interessados devem comparecer à Funtrab, que fica na rua 13 de maio, 2.773, Centro, e estar munidos de RG, CPF e Carteira de Trabalho.
Ao todo, são 10 vagas para açougueiro onde não é preciso ter experiência, mas os requisitos são ter entre 18 e 22 anos e ter ao menos Ensino Médio incompleto. As vagas são para aprendiz, dando direito a vale-transporte.
Também são oferecidas seis vagas de aprendiz para vendedor interno não exigindo experiência. Sem exigir escolaridade e oferecendo vale-transporte, as vagas são destinadas para pessoas entre 18 e 22 anos.
As duas vaga restantes são para aprendiz de auxiliar administrativo, também não exigindo experiência dos candidatos e dando direito a vale-transporte. Contudo, uma delas é direcionada para pessoas entre 17 e 22 anos, com Ensino Médio incompleto, enquanto a outra tem foco em pessoas entre 16 e 22 anos, sem exigência de escolaridade.
