A Prefeitura de São José dos Campos disponibilizou nesta quinta-feira (9) a entrega de 22 títulos de regularização fundiária no Torrão de Ouro e Capuava, na região sul. Emoção e alegria resumiram o sentimento dos beneficiados.
Morador na Travessa dos Coqueiros, no Torrão de Ouro, Marcos Malaquias dos Santos cumprimentou os servidores na hora da entrega. Mas não segurou as lágrimas quando viu o sonho realizado.
“Hoje, graças a Deus, recebi o documento que prova que a casa é minha. Estou emocionado, os bens uma hora eles chegam. Eu comprei, paguei, e hoje a Prefeitura me deu esse direito de um dia brigar por eles”, disse.

A vizinha Juliana Aparecida Frederighi Ribeiro destacou a inclusão no mapa da cidade depois de muitos anos de trabalho e luta. “A gente tem uma espera há mais de 20 anos em busca do recebimento da legalização do nosso terreno. E vamos legalizar a nossa obra construída também”, contou.
Parte do Plano de Gestão 2021-2024, a regularização fundiária é realizada por etapas. Nesse período foram emitidos 1.420 títulos para proprietários e moradores de 15 loteamentos.
Antes de comprar qualquer imóvel, é preciso consultar a Prefeitura para verificar se o loteamento está aprovado. Mais informações na página da regularização fundiária.
